The work completed under this contract will deliver an asset scan that includes asset mapping, use case analysis, and complete financial analysis, while also evaluating equity considerations, environmental analysis, and financial structuring. This will entail at minimum the following tasks and deliverables. • Project Implementation Plan. Establish a work plan to conduct the necessary analyses and recommendations. Provide recommendations for a project management framework that underscores efficient but thorough collaboration with City staff. • Existing Conditions Analysis. Review and incorporate city goals and objectives for TOD including current planning context and establish a project framework ensuring those priorities inform potential future use cases for all City assets.
