The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for formal seal bids to establish an award through competitive negotiations for the procurement of venue locations throughout New Mexico to hold annual conferences, training seminars, and other events for the AOC court personnel, community stakeholders, justice partners, and treatment agency contractors. Attendees will be traveling from all over New Mexico to attend these events. These events will include venue lodging, venue-provided food and beverages, venue meeting space, and use of the venue’s audiovisual (AV) equipment/services (or coordination with third-party AV vendors used by the Court Services Division (CSD). The events may be similarly scheduled each year with some scheduling flexibility. Event details will be outlined in the Scope of Procurement.
