Facility Specific Requirements as follows: Industry Residential Center: • Daily sampling is taken from point of entry, and after disinfection. This system is a booster system to maintain chlorine residual throughout. Note the specific county Department of Health (DOH) sampling schedule (Attachment 5) mandated for these systems. Taberg Residential Center and MacCormick Secure Center: • Daily sampling is required at these facilities and is taken from point of entry after disinfection. In addition to daily water quality testing, the below list outlines more specific DOH testing requirements at these facilities. • a) Coliform: From DOH established locations Monthly • b) Nitrates: From DOH established locations Yearly • c) Table 9C Test Series: From DOH Locations Yearly • d) Lead/Copper & Sodium: From DOH locations Every Three Years • e) Radon, Uranium, Radium
