At the request of the Planning Board Secretary, any Planning Board Chairman/member or Planning Board Solicitor; review of development applications/plans submitted for review & approval by the Planning Board with those applications & advise on legal basis at either Planning Board hearings/meetings, prepare a written Resolution of Approval/Disapproval for the Planning Board on the compatibility or incompatibility of the proposed development with the goals & objectives of the Master Plan & Land Development Ordinance (Chap.276-1 et. seq.) of the City of North Wildwood. All review of development applications & preparation of Resolutions of the Planning Board regarding same will be funded/paid by development application escrow fees collected by the Board Secretary for this purpose. Attend monthly meetings of the Planning Board at the request of the Planning Board Secretary, any Planning Board Chairman/member or Planning Board Solicitor and, if necessary, to offer such expert testimony during the hearing/meeting of any development application as will to assist the Planning Board in its eventful deliberative & decision-making functions.
