1. Mowing: In the Spring/Summer/Fall, mowing of lawn areas on property as identified in Exhibit A. It is required that Parcel 1 locations be mowed and maintained at a height of 2 to 3.5 inches. It is required that Parcel 2 locations be mowed and trimmed once every two weeks. The Contractor will have discretion to mow and trim Parcel 2 more than the minimum requirement dependent on weather/need. 2. Trimming: Trimming around trees, hedges, signs, fences, parking bumpers, fire hydrants, curbs, streetlight poles, transformers-light poles, headstones, foundations, etc., and anything else not identified in this section within Parcels 1 and 2 will be the Contractor’s responsibility. 3. Grass and Debris Removal: Grass clippings are to be collected and must be removed from all paved, marked, or specifically identified surfaces after each mowing. It will be the Contractor’s responsibility to remove debris. The Contractor will be responsible for pickup of limbs up to 3" in diameter. For limbs over 3” in diameter, the Contractor shall notify the Plant Superintendent’s office for assistance. The Contractor will pick up all limbs, leaves and debris prior to the mowing of the parcels. Mowing up or over of limbs in an effort to “mulch” them into the lawn will not be allowed.
