A. MOBOCES seeks proposals for a comprehensive Student Information System (SIS) that is fully integrated and meets the requirements set forth in this RFP as well as the requirements of New York State relative to student data. The SIS must also be flexible and scalable in order to meet MOBOCES and PSD future business and technology needs. This will include working with MOBOCES and PSD to ensure upcoming New York State graduation and data requirements (e.g. NYS Inspires, NYS Portrait of a Graduate, etc.) are met. Additionally, other focus areas include system functionality, usability, data security, interoperability, customizability, vendor capacity, and alignment with state reporting and data protection requirements. B. When responding to this Proposal, Responders must use the attached Vendor Response Worksheet (See, Attachment 1), to describe the functionality of the SIS. A numerical response is required to be used and is as follows: 1. Functionality is not offered and will not be offered in the future. 2. Functionality will be added no later than August 1, 2026. 3. Minor modifications are necessary for software to offer full functionality, or 4. SIS offers full functionality and does not require any modification. Only the numerical response and related comments are allowed. Do not modify or change any of the worksheet requirements. Doing so may result in a rejected response.
