1. ASPHALT OVERLAY: Price per ton including material and equipment on existing surface or sub-grade (100 ton minimum quantity). 2. ASPHALT REPAIR MINOR: Excavate, remove and dispose of failed asphalt and sub-grade prior to overlay. Replace with BB-1 to existing grade and compact as directed by the City (0” – 10” Depth). 3. ASPHALT REPAIR MAJOR: Excavate, remove and dispose of failed asphalt and sub-grade prior to overlay. Replace with crushed concrete or fill approved by the City to existing grade and compact as directed by the City (11” – 24” in Depth). 4. COLD MILLING: Remove existing asphalt surface from 0 to 3 inches average depth, four to eight foot drum size, price per square yard (1,500 square yard minimum).
