1. Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of approximately 360 linear feet (LF) of 18-inch, 1,300 LF of 24-inch, and 930 LF of 30-inch stormwater mains; 2. Replacement of approximately 320 LF of 24-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) stormwater main with 24-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe; 3. Installation of a new 4-foot diameter pre-cast concrete drain manhole. 4. Pre and post CCTV inspection using NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) of all stormwater mains requiring CIPP rehabilitation; 5. The cementitious lining of drain manholes and selective demolition of existing chimneys as required to perform pipelining activities, Contractor shall reconstruct chimney in kind following pipelining completion; 6. By-passing stormwater flows, as necessary, to accomplish the work listed above; 7. Replace and restore any disturbed pavement surfaces, curbing, utilities, shrubbery, grass, posts, signs, etc. along the line of work. Shore or guy any impacted utility poles as required by utility company. Replace any disturbed bounds utilizing the services of a registered land surveyor; 8. Protect existing utilities as necessary and immediately repair any damage caused to existing utilities to the satisfaction of the Owner; and 9. Perform testing of stormwater mains, drain manholes, and catch basins and correct all failure and/or breaks.
