INTENT The Township of Franklin is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide psychological Services for job related and employment issues concerning Police Officers and Police Dispatchers 911 Telecommunicators on an as needed basis. The term of this contract is 12 months. 3.1 REQUIREMENTS The respondent shall have: a. At least five years of technical working experience as a licensed psychologist b. A minimum of five years’ experience in examining/treating Sworn Police, police officers and 911 telecommunicators c. Experience in psychological screenings for Police Officers and 911 Telecommunicators d. Experience in critical incident debriefing and post traumatic stress recognition and treatment, “Fit for duty” psychological examinations for Police Officers and Police Dispatchers 911 Telecommunicators e. Satisfy all other requirements as set forth by New Jersey state law and Franklin Township Municipal Ordinance Respondent shall include with response: • Resumes of psychologist and staff psychologists of staff that would be providing psychological services. • Brief narrative of abilities. • Office location and ability to provide private consultation services 3 references • any professional licenses held by them in the State of New Jersey, or any other State, including a “Certificate of Good Standing,” or other documents evidencing that the license is no presently suspended or revoked. • Statement as to whether any of the principals of the firm or the firm itself has been convicted of a crime within the last 5 years. • Statement as to whether any of the principals of the firm of the firm itself has received a target letter from a grand jury. • Certification as to the truth of the above two statements. • Itemized list of all fees and/or charges.
