SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected firm will be responsible for the following: • Conducting independent appraisals of designated industrial/manufacturing property in Bryan County. • Utilizing recognized appraisal methods appropriate for large-scale industrial/manufacturing facilities, including but not limited to cost, income, and market approaches. • Preparing written appraisal reports that meet Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) requirements. • Providing expert witness testimony as needed before the Board of Assessors, Board of Equalization, or in Superior Court. • Advising the County on valuation strategies for industrial properties that include manufacturing, logistics, and related uses.
