LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide a commercially useful function for the Spa Little Theater Rehabilitation project. The enclosed Spa Little Theater Project is located at 19 Roosevelt Drive, Saratoga Springs NY 12866 . The theater will be renovated to enhance the overall experience to its visitors. The scope of work includes but is not limited to cast-in-place concrete, masonry, exterior bluestone pavers, interior demolition, abatement, carpentry, doors and hardware, taping- painting, flooring, millwork, finish carpentry, kitchen equipment, audio visual systems, theater rigging, and theater seating as indicated on the documents.
