The City of Lake Oswego invites your Engineering Consulting Firm to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services for the design of Work Order 382 Pedestrian Facility Rehabilitation, which includes Walls located on Boones Ferry Road between Rainbow Drive and Kruse Way Place. The objective of the project is to assist the City with project management, survey, and conceptual design alternatives analysis and evaluation for the replacement of 1,500 lineal feet of retaining wall system located adjacent to the northwest sidewalk of Boones Ferry Road between Rainbow Drive and Kruse Way Place. In addition to the existing retaining wall, this project will include conceptual design alternatives for the replacement of a staircase located on the hillside leading from Carman Drive down to Boones Ferry Road. This work will include field observations, on-site data collection, topographic survey, tree survey, environmental survey, utility coordination, analysis, and evaluation of conceptual design alternatives for the construction of a replacement retaining wall system.
