Remove and replace the existing 2004 rotary screw chiller and associated pumps, control valves, BAS controls and refrigerant monitoring system. Replace existing pumps and 3-way control valves to VFDs and 2-way control valves. Temporarily relocate the sump pump drain line, remove metal wall, provide all necessary crane and rigging to remove old chiller and to place new chiller on the existing concrete pad. Install (1) 350-ton magnetic water-cooled centrifugal chiller* and associated pumps and 3-way valves at AHUs (replace with 2-way valves). *Existing building conditions will be verified to ensure proper sizing of chiller and pumps. Compressor warranty is 5 years. The actual construction is to take place during non-cooling months.
