The Cherokee County School District (District) is soliciting proposals from experienced, qualified architectural firms (Architect) to provide architectural design services. The District intends to qualify multiple Architects; however, it also reserves the right to qualify one(1) Architect or no Architects for this RFP. The District has established the following goals: a. To ensure all facilities allow for equitable access to education across the District; b. To maximize efficiency in facilities utilization across the District; c. To address facility/space needs throughout the District in an efficient and cost-effective manner, that provides for ease of maintenance, while minimizing disruptions; and d. To provide educational facilities that promote safe and secure learning environments.
