The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, specified supplies, transportation, services, equipment and other incidentals necessary and reasonably essential to perform the Custodial Services outlined in the BNA Custodial Services Contract, Outlying Buildings, will have assigned minimum required daily hours. The Custodial Services Contract, Outlying Buildings, includes the first floor of the Gassaway Building, PMO Trailers 1, 2, 3 and 4, Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) Building, Consolidated Services Facility (CSF), Mobile Equipment Building, Water Treatment Facility, and the Authority Administration Building (Suites 500, 510 and 520) containing approximately 163,950 sq. ft. of cleanable square footage and 57,178 sq. ft. of Windows and Glass surfaces.
