The project consists of replacing the two chillers at the Lineberry Building with one larger chiller, updating the HVAC controls and security access controls at the following buildings: 1. Administration Building 2. Boiler Plant 3. Cathey Building 4. Cole Building 5. Cooke Building 6. Cox Building 7. Crockett-Peeler Vocational Building 8. Dormitory A, B, C and D 9. Currin Building 10. Gymnasium 11. Lineberry Building 12. Penland Building 13. Simpson Building 14. Weathers Hill Dining Hall Each facility will need minor electrical modifications for the security access and controls project. This will consist of new outlets and removal of old subpanels that are no longer in use. The project will also consist of minor roof repairs to patch small sections of roof membranes where HVAC Equipment will be removed to accommodate the new HVAC controls.
