2.1 Install approximately twenty (20) linear feet of 6-inch PVC C900 waterline. 2.2 Installation method: Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) or Bore and Jack. Base Bid: Install 6-inch PVC C900 inside a ½” thick, minimum 10-inch steel casing pipe with casing spacers and end seals. Alternate 1: Install 6-inch HDPE pipe without casing, provided that the wall seal system is rated and approved by Brunswick County. 2.3 Alignment is beneath an existing building wall into a below-grade dry well at approximately six (6) feet depth. 2.4 Core through an existing 12-inch-thick concrete foundation wall. 2.5 Seal penetration using LINK-SEAL® Modular Seal, Pipetite® Wall Boot, or approved equal. 3 2.6 Ensure seals prevent water intrusion and maintain structural integrity. 2.7 Connect the newly installed 6-inch pipeline to the existing 6-inch pipeline in accordance with the selected installation method (HDD or Bore and Jack). Ensure proper alignment, restraint, and watertight integrity. 2.8 Prepare the trench area to be ready for pavement restoration. 2.9 Restore all disturbed pavement, surfaces, and site features to original or better condition.
