Advise customer upon arrival. Review scope of service. Obtain all necessary safe work permits. Secure power to unit using proper lock out tag out procedures. Isolate water piping. Disconnect the following from the existing WSHP: Electrical wiring. Condensate drain piping. Water piping. Supply ductwork. Remove and dispose of existing WSHP. Install new Daikin WSHP with the following features: Moden: WSCH024 2-ton cooling capacity. 265/1/60. R-32. Right hand return, straight discharge. Hose kits. New Viconics thermostat with BACnet capability. Secure new WSHP in place. Reconnect the following components to the new WSHP: Electrical wiring. Condensate drain piping. Water piping. Supply ductwork. Open water piping. Leak check all new piping and connections. Start system and verify proper operation. Clean work area. Check out with customer. Conditions: No fire alarm, smoke detection, etc. work is included. Customer to provide the following work if needed: Ceiling tile removal/reinstallation. Electrical wiring.
