1. Purate®, TMB-26 or equal (Sodium Chlorate, Hydrogen Peroxide): B. All Purate® solutions must be of like quality described by manufacturer. C. Any storage, temporary or permanent, holding Purate must be clearly labeled according to OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. D. A Safety Data Sheet must be provided to the Owner for the provided chemical. 2. Sulfuric Acid: A. All sulfuric acid solutions must be of 78% sulfuric acid. B. Any storage, temporary or permanent, holding sulfuric acid must be clearly labeled according to OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. C. A Safety Data Sheet must be provided to the Owner for the sulfuric acid provided. Vendor must provide (one) 1 chlorine dioxide generator operation training at no additional cost to the Owner.
