FSD3 is requesting proposals for one scoreboard at Ward Memorial Stadium and one marquee sign at J.C. Lynch Elementary School. Pricing to include removal, installation and electrical/data hookups as required at the location of scoreboards/signs. District will be responsible for having electrical/data to sign location for hookup. J.C. Lynch Elementary sign will need to be measured for correct signage and scope/specifications will be comparable to other Watchfire signs in District. District may purchase both, one, or no boards depending on funding. Specifications: Contractor will be responsible for public utility locations if needed Contractor will be responsible for connecting electrical at sign site provided by the District District will be responsible for District utility locations District will be responsible for all data/electrical to location of sign
