The consultant role will be to: ● Work with OWD staff to design a clear, updated workflow that shows how information and tasks move through the system. ● Build those workflows into Airtable and Softr so they function smoothly in practice, introducing standard measures and scalable design ● Test and gather feedback on the new system with internal and external stakeholders (OWD staff, leadership, and grantees) to make sure it works before we fully roll it out. ● Provide support during key times of the year, especially between Q4 2026 and Q1 2027, during the transition between two fiscal years. To support the build-out and implementation of this platform, the following elements should be included: 1. Systems Setup & Configuration of Airtable and Softer 2. Documentation and SOP Development 3. Staff Training 4. Staff Rollout, Support, and Troubleshooting 5. External Partner Onboarding and Training 6. Sustainability and Transition Plan 7. An overall timeline that incorporates the above elements
