The Contractor shall: 4.4.1 Remove litter, trimmings, and debris prior to any vegetation maintenance, using hand tools, motorless boats, waders, and other methods that reduce the impact on erosion and the ecosystem. 4.4.1.1 All litter, trimmings, and debris shall be hauled off site to an accredited facility approved by the City. Currently the approved sites are: 4.4.1.1.1 Austin Travis County Landfill, 9600 FM812, Austin, TX 78719 4.4.1.1.2 TDS Landfill, 3016 FM1327, Creedmoor, TX 78610 4.4.1.1.3 Austin Community Landfill, 9900 Giles Ln, Austin, TX 78754. 4.4.1.1.4 These sites are subject to change. 4.4.1.2 Contractorshall provide a receipt or other documentation showing that clippings, brush, trash, or any biomass that is removed from the pond is disposed of in an appropriate manner. Documentation shall be provided with each invoice, as applicable. 4.4.1.3 The Contractor shall contact the City Contract Manager or designee to arrange for removal of large debris and trash (e.g., couch, fallen trees), or a dead animal. 4.4.1.4 Provide hand weeding, string trimming, pruning, and mulching vegetation. 4.4.1.5 Provide mechanical removal of invasive species and woody vegetation. 4.4.1.5.1 When applicable, and ensuring that minimum erosion occurs, invasive species and woody vegetation shall be removed with hand tools. 4.4.1.6 Cut and apply herbicides to invasive or other species, as needed. 4.4.1.7 Replant native species to fill gaps created by invasive species removal...
