New Mexico State University (NMSU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for architectural, engineering and professional planning services associated with NMSU-A, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Scope of Work to include but limited to the design and construction of a new building/s at NMSU Alamogordo Campus, Alamogordo New Mexico to replace the Classroom Buildings complex in full compliance with state, federal, local codes, and to meet the needs of the user group. The building size and occupancy will be determined by a spaced needs assessment. During the first stage of the design process in this scope of work (the Program Study), the A/E and the University will conduct an assessment in order to update the program, and will determine whether it is realistic and achievable.
