3.0 Objectives The primary objectives of this engagement are to: • Consolidate Sourcing: Establish a single, streamlined procurement process for all golfrelated products. • Ensure Quality & Consistency: Provide high-quality, professional-grade equipment, apparel, and accessories to all golf course customers. • Achieve Cost Efficiency: Secure competitive, institutional pricing through a long-term contract. • Promote Brand Uniformity: Ensure all apparel and equipment align with the university’s brand guidelines and color schemes. • Maximize Service & Support: Partner with vendors who can provide professional-level support, including equipment fitting, product customization, and timely order fulfillment. 4.0 Scope of Services The successful bidders shall be responsible for providing and servicing the following categories of products. All products must be new, first-quality, and from reputable manufacturers. 4.1 Desired Quality & Brand Benchmarks • Provide name brands such as: Taylor Made, Callaway, Nike, GFSI (Under Armour Golf and Gear for Sports), Titleist, Acushnet, Adidas, PING, Cleveland Golf, Tour Edge, Pukka, Travis Matthews, Swannies, Outdoor Custom Sportswear (Columbia), JC Golf, Mission Belts, Golf Iconic, Antigua, ProActive (Pacific Rim Ventures), Oakley, and Tempercraft. • Provide brands and components consistent with: Wittek Golf Supply, Range Servant, Trackman/Trackman Range, Toptracer, Fullswing and Foresight 4.2 Golf Equipment • Golf Clubs: Full lines of drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters from major, tour-proven manufacturers. • Golf Balls: Current and high-performance golf balls for both practice and competition. • Golf Bags: Staff bags and carry bags, with full customization options. • Accessories: Including but not limited to: Head covers, practice aids, training devices, and other ancillary equipment
