1) Multi-disciplined firm to analyze and assist the Boroughto pursue the most appropriate financing strategies at the best possible terms. 2) The applicant must demonstrate a high degree of knowledge, experience and ability with the following: a) Infrastructure finance b) Debtrestructuring and refunding c) Taxable transactions d) Utility financing e) Short-term and Long-term maturities f) Rating agency experience 3) The applicant shall include advice and assistance with respect to debt financing and other financial issues including: a) b) c) d) Assist CFO with preparation and adequate information on proposed financing to the bond rating agencies to obtain the most favorable for each financing Coordination of activities of professionals on the financing team for a transaction, including preparation of schedules Assistance in the selection of and negotiation with investment banks as to the terms of any agreementfor provision of underwriting services The Financial Advisor will provide additional services as requested by Borough Administrator or CFO 4)The applicant must hold a New Jersey Municipal Securities License 5)Include a list of any other professional qualifications, experience and/or credentials you feel are relevant to this Solicitation 6)Please provide fee schedule for all services 7) Each individual project throughout the year will require a “not to exceed” proposal
