1) 2) ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES/HOUSING REHABILITATION CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES The consultantshall represent the Borough of Glassboro in carrying outall aspects of the proposed RCA Housing Rehabilitation Program. Services will include: Market the RCA Housing Rehabilitation Program Maintain eligible contractor list including valid licenses and insurance Attend meetings as requested/required by COAH during the term of this engagement Present information to Borough officials regarding cases processed, waitlists, program marketing, and opportunities to increase the scope of the Housing Rehabilitation Program Prepare semi-annual Status and quarterly Financial Reports for COAH and the Borough Subordination and Mortgage Discharge Process Services Provide Rehab Loan Program costper unit
