1. Energy Audits • Conduct up to 20 comprehensive residential energy audits between February and April 2026. • Follow NHSaves or equivalent technical standards. • Identify priority opportunities for insulation, electrification, and weatherization improvements. • Deliver clear written reports summarizing recommended measures, estimated costs, and projected savings. • Coordinate scheduling and communication with participants and City staff. • Maintain organized audit data for program reporting and evaluation. 2. Participant Support & Incentive Navigation • Provide one-on-one guidance to help participants interpret audit results and identify next steps. • Explain rebate and incentive options (NHSaves, federal tax credits, Empower Nashua rebates) and help participants strategize what projects to move forward with. • Collaborate with the City to support rebate applications and documentation. 3. Contractor Network Development • Establish and manage a vetted contractor list including, but not limited to: o Weatherization and insulation contractors
