The City of Concord, NH seeks to procure mobile vehicle traffic barriers for use during public events in the downtown area of Concord, NH. These barriers are intended to enhance public safety and control vehicle access and intrusion during various gatherings, festivals, and other community activities. The mobile vehicle traffic barriers shall: 1. Be US Department of Homeland Security Safety Act Designated 2. Be easily deployable and removable by City employees without the use of tools 3. Have individual components not more than 60 lbs. 4. Not require drilling, lagging, or otherwise penetrating the road/sidewalk surface 5.
