Construction of a new 36,549 GSF Fire & EMS Station with an Alternate bid item to Construction an additional 2,252 GSF Apparatus Bay. Site work consist of removal of existing building structures and utilities, excavation and prep for new building pad, below and above grade site utilities, parking lot, sidewalks, driveway, generator and dumpster and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Building spaces includes vestibules, waiting area, offices, conference space, training, storage rooms, kitchenette, restrooms, janitors closets, mechanical room, electrical room, IT room, bunkroom, bathrooms, restrooms, decon showers, laundry, fitness, dining, kitchen, living, apparatus bays, wash bay, vehicle bays, decon, laundry, turnout gear, SCBA area, EMS secure storage watch room, stair tower, yard storage, work room, Mezzanine and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
