PVAMU is seeking proposals from reputable, experienced, firms to provide Event Production Services in support of the University’s most significant programs and ceremonies. The selected vendor will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring that all aspects of event production are executed with professionalism, precision, and creativity. The scope of services may encompass Commencement Ceremonies, university-wide productions, and other high-profile events hosted throughout the academic year. These events are critical touchpoints that highlight PVAMU’s tradition, culture, and reputation for excellence, requiring flawless execution and innovative solutions to meet the expectations of diverse audiences, including students, faculty, alumni, distinguished guests, and community stakeholders. The objective of this engagement is to guarantee seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional production services that elevate the University’s events to the highest standard. PVAMU seeks a partner that not only brings technical capability but also demonstrates creativity, reliability, and a deep understanding of large-scale event management. All interested respondents are expected to submit a proposal that qualifies the respondent’s abilities to provide the following: Examples of previous work history, including relevant experience and proven success in similar scopes with other Universities or public entities. Biographies and professional resumes of qualifications of key personnel who will be directly involved with the resulting contract, emphasizing their relevant expertise and experience. A fix cost breakdown of projected costs associated with each proposed services. Services may be rendered during the academic year.
