Madison Building • Replace existing HVAC systems with energy-efficient solutions that provide reliable temperature control and improved air quality. • Include backup heating capabilities and energy recovery measures to optimize performance and efficiency. • Electrical capacity for these upgrades will be supported by the new distribution system in Block 38. Construction Considerations • The facility will remain occupied during construction. • Work must be phased to maintain operations and security, with sequencing determined in collaboration with the design team, construction administration firm, and the Department of Correction.
