The Port of Seattle (Port), on behalf of the East Waterway Group (EWG), which includes the Port, the City of Seattle and King County, requires scientific and engineering services to conduct the remedial design for the East Waterway (EW) Superfund/Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) sediment cleanup. The objectives of the work under this contract are: 1. Develop the Remedial Design (RD) for EW consistent with EPA remedy outlined in Section 12 of the EPA IROD and the ASAOC statement of work (SOW); 2. Develop 100% bid documents for the remedial design; 3. Provide design engineering services during construction; 4. Conduct baseline monitoring of EW site conditions; 5. Develop a source control sufficiency assessment
