The City of Stockbridge is seeking comprehensive architectural services to perform planning, design, construction services, and related tasks for new designs and renovation of existing facilities. Typical project assignments may include architectural services related to the design and construction of new facilities, modifications to existing facilities or general planning efforts, including, but not limited to: DESIGN INCLUDING: A. Design Services for: Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Construction Management-At-Risk (CMAR), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Public-Private-Partnership (P3) projects. B. Serve as owners’ agent for Design Build (DB) projects, to include development of design build preliminary documents and requests for proposal. C. Design of expansions and repairs, demolitions, and alterations to existing facilities.
