Work under this contract will primarily consist of supporting University staff in various tasks related to the Planon implementation. While this tasking is not specifically defined, it will generally consist of the following types of activities: • Gathering and assessing existing project documentation • Gathering and assessing existing requirements and future process documentation • Confirming organizational scope of implementation (which departments, which functions) • Reviewing Planon functionality and intended modules for implementation • Understanding Planon data needs and availability of that data • Confirming implementation scope, phasing plans, and timelines • Creating and managing project workplan and tasks • Keeping project momentum and adhering to timelines • Managing project documentation • Providing updates to Ole Miss project sponsors • Reviewing processes and flowcharting • Data planning • Software setup and configuration • Developing report requirements and specifications • Data migration testing • Interface design, development support, testing
