The Razran Hall and Science Building Lab Renovations and Hazmat Abatement Project includes, but is not limited, to the following: Demolition and renovation of existing labs 104, 128, 232, 245, and 295 at Razran Hall and demolition of existing labs E117 and E255 at the Science Building. Provide new partitions, doorways, ceilings, lab casework, millwork, equipment and finishes as scheduled in both Razran Hall and Science Building. Provide equipment supports through existing roof for new rooftop mechanical equipment. Revise ductwork distribution system and fume hood exhaust system in renovated laboratory in Science Building. Provide new fume hoods per equipment schedule. Provide controls integration into campus system. Replace plumbing distribution for domestic water, laboratory gases, and sanitary in renovated laboratories. Extend existing fire sprinkler systems in Razran Hall and Science Building to serve renovated labs. Replace electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems in renovated laboratories.
