Group home 1802 to be renovated to provide 24-hour behavioral health surveillance and short-term respite care to (4) individuals living within the home. Home will receive new siding, windows, sidewalk and porch pavement at the exterior of the building. The interior of the home will receive full renovation and reconfiguration of the space to accommodate proper observation and anti-ligature components for proper care. All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection components will require a full removal and reinstallation to properly bring existing homes up to code and care requirements. 1. The Work includes selective lead abatement (ceramic tile), demolition, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, siding, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, fiberglass windows, security glazing, gypsum board assemblies, flooring, painting, appliances, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, alarm systems, site clearing, earth moving, concrete pavement, fencing and landscaping.
