A. The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Town’s Designated Representative. B. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization. 2. Excavation, Grading, Fill, and Compaction (Note: There shall be no export of surplus soils) 3. Construction of Stormwater Drainage Structures and Piping. 4. New Electrical, Cable Television and Water Service Distribution Systems 5. New Natural Gas Service Distribution Systems by Other (National Grid) 6. Wastewater Treatment System ( /A OWTS) including all associated components, structures, control panel, conduits, piping, electrical service, blowers, vents, concrete slabs, covers, pre-treatment tanks, and manholes, with service connections complete. 7. Pre-engineered metal building with foundation slab, mezzanine, overhead doors, windows, and interior finishes. 8. Restoration of all disturbed areas, including furnishing, installing, compacting, and grading to finished condition.
