Demolition and removal of the structure(s) shall include, as applicable: 4.2.1 Natural gas, electric, communications, water and sewer utilities have been abandoned and documentation as received can be provided. 4.2.2 City staff will provide traffic control and coordination with adjacent property. 4.2.3 Demolition and removal of structures shall include removal of the entire identified structure(s) and contents to the construction limits. 4.2.4 All concrete floor slabs, foundations, pilings, and underground improvements associated with the structure shall be removed. 4.2.5 All asphalt areas shall remain in place, including driveways unless otherwise noted or required to remove underground improvements associated with the structure. 4.2.6 Construction perimeter fences shall remain, unless otherwise instructed to remove them.
