Pre-Construction Phase · Prepare schematics, review design and construction drawings with the Town. · Conduct site verification, utility coordination, and environmental assessment as needed. . Obtain all permits, including Building Permit and Old Kings Highway approval (if applicable). . Submit final stamped plans and specifications for Town approval prior to construction. Construction Phase . Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct the facility in full compliance with the approved design documents. . Coordinate all inspections with the Building Department and any relevant state or local agencies. . Implement erosion control, site safety, and traffic management as required. · Maintain a clean and secure work area; restore disturbed surfaces to equal or better condition. Project Close-Out . Submit as-built drawings, operations manuals, warranties, and material certifications. . Conduct a final walk-through with the Town's project representative. · Correct any punch-list items within 30 days.
