A. Assessment & Design • Conduct a comprehensive site evaluation of existing infrastructure, environmental systems, and electrical components. • Develop schematic designs, floor plans, and system layouts for data center modernization. • Provide specifications and recommendations for all critical systems, including: o Precision HVAC/CRAC units. o Power distribution and UPS systems. o Fire suppression systems. o Security and access control. o Cable management and airflow optimization. B. Construction & Project Management • Prepare bid-ready design documents and assist in the procurement process if needed. • Provide construction oversight, quality assurance, and project documentation. • Perform system testing, commissioning, and verification prior to project closeout. C. Deliverable • Preliminary and final design documents. • Project schedule and phasing plan to minimize downtime. • Cost estimates for recommended solutions. • As-built drawings, O&M manuals, and system warranties upon completion.
