For plastic corrugated pipe quotations, quote separately the cost of couplers for joints for each size couplers is available. To be delivered to the County Highway Garage as ordered by the Highway Department. Item Two: Gasoline 70,000 gallons or less. All to be standard grade 87-octane or better. Prices on bulk quantities delivered to above ground tanks at the County Highway Garage. Vendors that respond to this Annual Bid will receive requests from the County for bid-prices at the time fuel is required at the Highway Garage. Award of purchase shall be made load-by-load, based on the prices submitted for that load when fuel is needed. The award will be based on the lowest responsive combined total bid-price for the delivery of both gasoline and/or diesel fuel in that one shipment. Item Three: Diesel Fuel 50,000 gallons or less. To be clean high-grade diesel fuel, made for use in diesel engines and suitable for County equipment. Prices on bulk quantities delivered to above ground tanks at the County Highway Garage. Vendors that respond to this Annual Bid will receive requests from the County for bid-prices at the time fuel is required at the Highway Garage. Various grades of crushed stone, which the bidder is prepared to furnish the County Highway Department. Bidder to state quarry locations. Quote price F.O.B. quarry. Loaded in county- supplied trucks by Vendor at Vendor’s plant. Item Five: Ready Mix Concrete 500 cubic yards or less. Bid price per cu. Yard. Class A, B or C. To comply with the latest INDOT Standard Specification. To be delivered any place in Jefferson County. Annual Material Supply Item Six: Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Mixture 500 tons or less. Surface # 9, 11; Intermediate #9; Base # 5. Loaded in county-supplied trucks by Vendor at Vendor’s plant. Material is to meet requirements of Section 402 of INDOT Standard Specifications, latest edition. Item Seven: Calcium Chloride Bids will be received on supply and application of liquid calcium chloride dust control chemical to meet or exceed the following specifications. Estimated Bid Quantity – 35,000 gallons. Delivery of this material shall begin at an appropriate date as determined by the County. This date shall be determined by the weather conditions. Typical application date is during the month of June. If delivery or performance of the contract is delayed, Jefferson County Highway Department may terminate this contract in whole or in part.
