a. Successful Respondent must provide all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required. b. Scope of work includes the replacement of the building roof as specified in the attached project manual and project drawings. Work includes site demolition and preparation for a new roof. Awarded contractor will need to provide the required five-year contractor warranty. c. Work will be performed in an occupied building, at 4800 N. Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78756, and must be conducted in a manner that will not cause major disruption to normal operations. Temporary shutdown of utilities will need to be arranged with the contractor, and project manager, and building operators to be planned and scheduled as far ahead of the actual date of shutdown as possible so the building operators can properly plan accordingly.
