The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following major elements: Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and perform all labor necessary to construct the improvements to the wastewater treatment facility as shown on the Drawings and as specified. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, modifications to the existing aeration system including removal of the floating aerator in the aeration pond and installation of a diffused aeration system in the aeration pond and aerated lagoon, and modifications to the existing 8" transfer pipe, piers, and splash pad in the aerated lagoon. The work also includes demolition, earthwork, site work, yard piping, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, take offs and all other appurtenances required for completion of the work as shown and as specified.
