The Township Grant Writer shall perform services specializing in the investigation, research, planning, preparation and pursuit of programs submitted to various Federal, State, and County authorities and foundations for obtaining vital financial and other aid for this Municipality. The Consultant will evaluate and apply for Federal, State, County or Foundation Grant Programs on behalf of the Township The Consultant will agree that the data, materials, and information obtained will be confidential and protected information and will not disclose or discuss with third parties (including but not limited to political organizations, candidates, candidate committees, political action committees, or any other advocacy organization) without the written consent of the Township Committee.
