The Township of Barnegat, County of Ocean is requesting a proposal from your firm to serve as its Affordable Housing Administrative Agent (AA). The scope of the work to be performed by the AA will be in accordance with COAH guidelines as spelled out in the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls. We would like your proposal to include the following, at a minimum: A statement of your background and experience in providing AA services Evidence that you have been recognized by COAH to function as an AA Preparation of re-sale and re-finance documents A specific scope of services, including the rates you would charge, the method and source of compensation The approach you would use to meet the monitoring requirements of COAH References
