Overview: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to construct the new operations facility, security system and backup generator integration, associated site and utility work, 1,200 LF of 3-phase electric service extension, and rooftop 50kW solar array system in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications listed in the Project Manual. Note, this work will also include furnishing and installing a new hot-box-enclosed water meter with backflow preventer near the Operations Facility site. The Contractor shall meet all applicable federal, state and local permitting requirements. Permitting and approvals may include, but not be limited to, RI State Building Code Commission, Town of Bristol (Water Pollution Control), Bristol County Water Authority, RI Energy, RI Historic Preservation and Historic Commission, and RIDOADivision of Information Technologies/ETSS.
