a) As-needed gunsmithing services including service, maintenance, and/or repair, and/or replacement of parts/supplies/materials for shotgun(s)/rifle(s) will be requested during the 2025/2026 Miami-Dade County Fiscal Year. b) Vendor/Supplier shall provide as-needed service, maintenance, and/or repair, and/or replacement of parts/supplies/materials to maintain all functional aspects of the shotgun(s)/rifle(s) and ensure that they are in good, safe, working order. This shall include but not be limited to the following: i) Full disassembly of shotgun(s)/rifle(s). ii) Full detail cleaning to remove any debris and/or carbon. iii) Removal of all rust. iv) Cleaning the bore, breach face, internal and external of the receiver, action, extractors, and ejectors. v) Manual inspection of all parts/supplies/materials that are replaceable. vi) Replacement of any parts/supplies/materials that may be deemed to be worn out or due for replacement. vii) Inspection and calibration of sights/scopes. viii) All shotgun(s)/rifle(s) are located at the Trail Glades Range and Zoo Miami ix) Reassemble shotgun(s)/rifle(s) and check for full functionality. c) All shotgun(s) and rifle(s) are located at the Miami-Dade County Trail Glades Range and Zoo Miami. Locations are indicated in Section V - List of Shotgun(s)/Rifle(s) to be Serviced in this Exhibit “A” – Scope of Services.
