The work under this section consists of furnishing and applying a pneumatically mixed cementitious slurry composed of cementitious materials and water, used for the modification and stabilization of subgrade soils, sub-bases, and base materials. The mixture shall produce a liquefied, suspended cement slurry system designed to enhance soil strength, reduce plasticity, and improve load-bearing capacity. The slurry system shall be capable of incorporating various types of hydraulic, Portland, pozzolanic, and other approved cements, as well as supplementary stabilizing agents suitable for use in soil stabilization, soil modification, and full-depth reclamation (FDR) applications.
