The St. Charles County Construction Management Unit of the Facilities Management Department is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms for a comprehensive, three-phase project to support the movement from the current court building to the Court Annex of the Prosecuting Attorney, Public Defender, Public Administrator and Facilities Management and then expansion of the Missouri 11th Circuit Court functions to the 6th Floor of the current Court Administration Building, the re-use of the Public Administrator, Public Defender and Facilities Management former space... The first phase will consist of a space planning study focused on the Courts Administration Building and the Court Annex. The second phase will involve architectural and engineering design services, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration for a new Courts Annex building. The third phase will include similar design, engineering, documentation, and construction administration services for the renovation of the existing Courts Administration Building as set out above. Interested firms must demonstrate experience and capability across all phases of the project.
