The City of Cornelia is developing a service line inventory as mandated by the Lead and Copper Rule. The City is requesting the service of a qualified contractor to investigate and record service line materials using vacuum excavation and replace Lead or GalvanizedRequiring-Replacement service lines as encountered. Contractor will also be asked to pothole at the water main to identify the connector material where feasible without removing existing pavement/sidewalk. Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to pothole and identify the existing service line material on ±1,691 metered services, identify connector material when feasible/requested, and replace service lines as requested. Contractor will be provided instructions for entering data into ESRI's ArcGIS Online (AGOL) GIS platform using a license provided by the Owner and Engineer with an iOS or Android mobile device.
